Dear Vendor / Exhibitor:

The Southwest Louisiana Garden Festival Steering Committee invites you to exhibit in the Southwest Louisiana Garden Festival 2010 Show and Sale being held in the Burton Coliseum on March 27 and 28 from 9:00 am. until 5:00 pm. Saturday and 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Sunday.

We want you to participate!  This is the premier Garden Show for Southwest Louisiana.  Garden folks are coming from everywhere approximately 4,000 + strong.

Booth Requirements:  Skirting, background and ambiance are vendor/exhibitor's responsibility. Two tables and two chairs available if requested.

There is unlimited parking at the Burton Coliseum for Garden Festival parking.  There are 200 Camper hookups available for $12.00 for vendors with Camper trailers.  Three-day package for $25.00.  Hookups provide 30 amp breakers, sewerage & water.  Camper area lends itself to family atmosphere.

Set up time:   

Friday, March 26 - 9:00 am. - 7:00pm. 

Saturday, March 27 - carry-in items only.

Breakdown time:  

Sunday, March 28 - 4:01 pm. until 6:00 pm.

Sale hours:   

Saturday          9:00 am. - 5:00 pm.

Sunday             9:00 am. - 4:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy.  If cancellation (received in writing) is made prior to February 14, 2010, a full refund will be made, less $10.00 administrative fee.  Otherwise, we're sorry,  it cost us money to sponsor the Garden Festival with financial commitments!              

A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receiving your completed registration/contract form, and a welcoming package will be available at the Garden Festival Plant Health Booth on arrival at the Garden Festival.

Please review the Booth Layout Floor Plan of the Garden Festival.  Please indicate your Booth Number for 1st., 2nd. and 3rd. choices of location on the enclosed Registration Form.   Preferences will be given to long standing exhibitors, but final decision is left up to the Festival Steering Committee.  Space is offered on a first come first served basis.

     Deadline for Registration is March 24, 2010.

Please return your registration as soon as possible.  Be sure to fill out the Registration Form completely and mail in with your check for the amount of booth space you want.  Your letter of confirmation will serve as your receipt.
